1. Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions apply to every purchase of digital sheet music via this webshop.

2. Products
The webshop offers digital sheet music, supplied in electronic format (PDF or equivalent).

3. Price and Payment
All prices are stated in euros and are inclusive of VAT.
The sales contract is concluded once payment has been successfully received.

4. Delivery
The digital sheet music is made available for download immediately after payment.

5. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer expressly agrees to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledges that, as a consequence, the statutory right of withdrawal is revoked, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

6. Copyright and Licence
All sheet music offered through this webshop is protected by copyright law.
The purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, publish, resell, share, or make the sheet music available to third parties, whether free of charge or against payment, without the prior written consent of the copyright holder.

7. Liability
The seller shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper or unauthorised use of the digital files.
The seller does, however, guarantee the conformity of the delivered digital content.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district where the seller has its registered seat.
